| 摘 要： | 针对商业银行的排队现象,本文引入了银行排队问题经济学分析框架.在此基础上,本文通过调查数据和模拟数据来确定顾客需求曲线和银行供给曲线,并由此计算出了银行与顾客在排队问题上的供需均衡点. |

| Abstract: | This paper introduce economic analytical framework of bank queueing to study its cause and influencing factors.Based on the framework,this paper determines demand curve of customers and supply curve of banks through data from survey and simulation and calculates equilibrium point between then banks and customers in bank queueing. |
