| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化日益加剧的今天,任何企业想单打独斗赢得竞争优势已绝无可能,只有通过实施供应链管理,和其它企业组建战略联盟来提升自身的核心竞争力,才是上上之策。本文通过对供应链管理与企业核心竞争力之间相互作用机制进行了分析,同时对供应链管理下我国中小企业面临的新问题和挑战进行了探讨,并在此基础上提出我国中小企业如何实施供应链管理的几点相应的对策。

| Abstract: | Today,with the economic globalization acceleratting increasingly,i t is imp ossible for any enterprise to win the competitive advantage with one' s single f orce.they should implement SCM,and set up strategic alliance with other enterpri ses to promote one' s own core competition.This article analyzed the interactio nal mechanism between SCM and the enterprise core competition.At the same time i t discussed the new question and challenge which Middle&Small enterprise confron ted under the SCM in our country.finally,the article put forward some countermea sures which Middle&Small enterprise how to implement SCM in our country. |
