| 摘 要： | 国家给东北老工业基地制定了一些特惠政策,目的是使国有企业在市场经济中发挥重要作用,为我国的经济发展做出更大贡献。东北老工业基地的国有大中型企业,如何在老工业基地改造过程中,借助政策优势,积极进行自身的改制,建立适应市场经济的现代企业制度,完善企业法人治理结构显得十分重要。

| Abstract: | It is very important that state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises have the aid of policy advantage,which can help to carry out their own reform,establish contemporary enterprise system adapted to market economy,and perfect corporate governance structure of enterprise in the course of transforming old industrial base.The emphasis of this paper is to discuss the countermeasures of state-owned enterprise to corduct the transformation of Northeastern old industrial base. |
