| 摘 要： | 针对规范化的车辆运输在城镇以外区域的执行难问题,分析了农村物流市场高成本与摩托车使用经济性共存的特征,以及农村物流的原始性与不规范并存的现状,提出了农村物流管理的边缘化特征,用SWOT矩阵分析法分析了农村物流管理的优劣势和机会与风险,给出了农村物流管理的边缘化策略和人本谅解方案,提出加强服务一体化、区域化自治管理、打击违法与保护并进等农村物流策略。
