浅谈企业内部的工资分配

摘    要:企业内部的工资分配必须遵循国家、集体和职工个人三者利益兼顾的原则 ,按劳分配原则 ,分配决策的民主与集中相结合原则等。设计工资分配方案应注意工资水平对外要有竞争性 ,工资分配要有公平性 ,工资水平要与企业的支付能力相适应等问题。在工资分配方案的设计过程中应做好岗位劳动测评等方面的工作 ,为确定职工个人工资标准打好基础 ,从而有效地调动各类人员的积极性

Abstract:The wage distribution inside the enterprise must obey some relevant principals.Such as giving consideration to the interests among the nation, the collective and the individual, distributing according to one's labor and the combination of democracy and centralism of distribution policy decision, etc. The points for attention of designing a plan for wage distribution are that the wage level should have competitiveness externally, the wage distribution should be reasonable and the wage level should fit in with the payable ability of the enterprise, etc. During the process of designing the wage distribution plan, determining task of post labor should be done well in order to lay a foundation of personnel wage standard. Thus the initiative of all the staff can be intrigued effectively.
