全无油润滑压缩机的试验研究

摘    要:通过对SW-2.5/7型全无油润滑压缩机的性能试验,对影响压缩机性能的主要工艺和技术参数的规律进行了研究,确定了最佳转速范围(n=600~850 r/min),选择了最佳径长比(λ=1/6.5~1/7)。通过优选摩擦副的材料和结构参数以及中冷器系统设计,使活塞环达到理想的密封效果,其寿命超过了8 000 h。输气系数为0.835,达到了有油润滑压缩机的较高水平。

Abstract:The laws of the main operation and technical parameters affecting the performance of the compressor were investigated through test research of the SW-2.5/7 oilless lubrication compressor.The optimal rotating speed(n=600~850 r/min) and radius-length ratio(λ=1/6.5 ~ 1/7) were then obtained.Moreover,by selecting the materials mating and the structure parameters of the friction pair and the intercooler system design,the seal of the piston rings can work very well, and its life exceeded 8 000 hours.When the gas transport coefficient is 0.835,its performance reaches a high level.
