安全、规范、和谐的大学生公寓环境是学校宿舍管理能力和水平的集中体现。大学生公寓的安全管理是管理工作的重中之重。目前,大学生公寓安全管理存在学生及公寓管理人员安全意识淡薄、公寓安全管理体制不健全以及大学生普遍自我防范和自我保护能力差等诸多问题。因此,作为大学生公寓的管理者,加强大学公寓安全管理,应从安全宣传、完善安全监督和考评机制、加强外来人员出入管理、加强大学生安全素质教育以及人性化管理五方面进行,才能真正实现高校公寓安全管理。

Focus on Apartment Security,to Build a Harmonious Campus

The safe, regulated and harmonious living condition are the concentrated reflections which embody the ability and level of the school dormitory management.Safety management of student apartments is the priority among the priorities of daily management.At present, numerous problems exist in the safety management of the students＇ dormitory, such as students and staff are lack of safety consciousness, management system is not perfect and most students are weak in self-defence and self-protection ability etc.Therefore, as a college student apartment administrator,I suggest that in order to strengthen the university apartment safety management,safety publicity should be promoted, improve the safety surveillance and evaluation mechanism, strengthen the supervision on foreign personnel, quality education of the college students and human-based management.Only in such ways, can we truly achieve the safe management of college apartments.
