| Abstract: | The transition from mainly concerning U.S.Dollar to concerning a basket of different currencies is the transition among different regulations of exchange rates.During the transition,the concept of equilibrium exchange rate is attenuated while the concept of regnlations of exchange rate is strengthened.As a changing of regulation,this is a possible transition that deserves attentions. |
