| 摘 要： | 中国社会正在经历一段快速老龄化时期,农村居民养老问题日益引起全社会关注。目前,全国各地农民养老模式主要依赖家庭或个人,农民对社会养老保障模式虽然存在强烈的需求,但社会养老保障组织供给问题正面临严峻的挑战。本文将对中国农村社会养老保险制度可持续发展的制度建设和财政责任进行深入分析。
