摘    要:
科研单位中对部门绩效管理是非常重要和必要的,本文利用解释结构模型法(ISM)分析科研单位部门管理中的影响因素以及影响层级,并借助层次分析法(AHP)计算每个因素对整个部门管理目标的影响大小,从而确定科研单位中每个部门绩效评价结果,计算结果表明,每个部门在注意均衡发展的基础上,着重关注科研成果应用、科研课题质量和对人才的培养。

Abstract:
It is very important and necessary for research institute to evaluate each department performance. The objective of this paper is to analyze the affecting factors and levels using ISM in the research department management. The AHP is used to calculate the influence of each factor on the final goal of whole department management and obtain the performance evaluation results of each department. The results showed that each department should focus on the application of research results,the quality of research and the human training on the basis of balancing development.
