新疆乌昌一体化中的农业产业化经营研究

新疆乌昌经济一体化战略是在有效整合两地资源、实现优势互补、促进两地社会经济全面发展的目标下推进的,大力发展农业和农村经济,解决好"三农"问题,是实现这一目标的重要基础。而加快乌昌地区农业产业化既是解决"三农"问题的有效途径,也将成为促进乌昌一体化实施的关键。本文从新疆乌昌区域农业产业化发展现状入手,分析了农业产业化在促进该区域经济发展中的积极作用及存在的主要问题,进而提出了相应的发展思路和政策建议。

A Study on Industrialized Management of Agriculture in the Integration of Urumqi and Changji in Xinjiang

The strategy of integration of Urumqi and Changji economy in Xinjiang is proceeded with the aim of integrating efficiently resources in both areas,complementing each other mutually and enhancing all-round social and economic development in these two areas,while vigorously improving agriculture and rural economy and solving three dimensional rural issues are the important basis of achieving this goal.And quickening the agricultural industrialization is the effective solution to these problems and will be the key to the implementation of integration.This paper begins with the current situation of agricultural industrialization,analyzes the positive role it plays in economic development and its main problems and thereby proposes corresponding methods for development and suggestions for policy.
