| 摘 要： | 由于市场的需求,我国房地产企业如雨后春笋般迅速崛起,成为本世纪发展速度最快,动力最强的朝阳产业。但在国家宏观调控政策影响下,我国的中小型房地产企业在融资上出现了一些新的问题。本文对新形势下我国中小型房地产企业存在的融资方面的困境作了简要分析,就中小型房地产企业如何破解寒冰,针对不同问题提出了确实可行的融资对策。
