| 摘 要： | 区域产业集聚是城市群形成和发展的重要推动力,产业集聚与扩散推动城市群大中小城镇的发展。城市群是区域产业集聚发展的重要载体,城市的扩展促进了产业的扩散与再集聚。区域产业集聚与城市群的协调发展推动了地区经济整体发展。辽中南城市群在老工业基地产业振兴的过程中推进了新的产业集聚。煤炭产业、钢铁产业、石化产业的集聚发展促进城市的发展,装备制造业在结构调整和技术升级中培育新的优势,沈阳、大连等高新技术产业区的发展促进了核心城市新产业的培育与壮大。调整城市群产业集聚结构,优化空间布局,推进老工业基地区域经济全面振兴。
