| 摘 要： | 海洋世纪需要科技支撑,浙江海洋经济发展带建设必须不断提升海洋科技实力。运用公共管理的逻辑和视角科学分析了"海洋科技投入"理念;在综合运用统计学、经济学、管理学的各种方法与理论基础上,对浙江省的海洋科技投入产出进行了综合评价及比较分析,为准确认识浙江海洋科技实力状况提供了一个有效视角;运用回归方法对今后20年全国、长三角和浙江海洋专业技术人才需求进行了预测,并提出了相关的政策建议。
