| Abstract: | It is an important and urgent task for CPC Party construction work under the new situation to build a sound Party membership by a set of systematic incentive mechanism. First, the article analyzes the characteristics of Party membership in Guangxi Nanning Agriculture ＆ Cultivation Glass Plant, and then, explains its necessity in three aspects. Finally, it proposes some countermeasures to set up this incentive mechanism. |
