| Abstract: | There are all kinds of problems existing in China's modern distance education,we can trace its root cause to the legislation's lag.According to the actuality and the developing trend of China's distance education,we should study on the legislation problem of distance education by learning the legislation experience from the devel-oped counties in distance education,thereby ensure the healthy development of distance education depending on law. |
