摘    要:劳动关系的和谐是构建社会主义和谐社会的微观基础和必然要求。然而,中国现阶段却存在“强资本”与“弱劳动”导致的劳动关系扭曲。“资强劳弱”的劳资关系,给经济社会发展带来了巨大的危害。为构建和谐的社会主义劳资关系,必须弱化劳动力过剩的程度,加强劳动者的组织建设,强化劳动者的权益保护,构建企业利益共享机制。

Abstract:Harmonious labor relations is the micro - foundation and the inevitable requirement to build the socialist harmonious society. Nowadays in China, however, there exists distortions in labor relations which is caused by "strong capital" and "weak labor". This relation between capital and labor brings enormous harm to the development of economy and society. For building the socialism harmonious labor relation, it is essential to weaken the extent of surplus labor force, strengthen the organization of workers, enhance the protection for workers' rights and interests and build a benefit - sharing mechanisms in enterprise.
