| Abstract: | With regard to various social risks to reception of reservoir immigrants, immigrants' risk degree is qualitatively studies by use of risk tables. Some measures are put forward for risk mitigation, that is, to make good immigrants planning, to carry out reception with land, to strengthen technical training of immigrants, to raise financial support and to establish social security system for immigrants. |
