供给侧结构性改革视野下的通货膨胀防控策略初探

目的/意义 当前，我国处于经济发展方式转变和经济结构调整的重要时期，从供给侧结构性改革角度全面分析通货膨胀的潜在压力，不仅具有重大的学术价值，同时更有重要的实际指导意义。 方法/过程本文通过对当前国情的分析，从我国面临的经济挑战、与西方供给学派的区别、潜在的通货膨胀压力等方面，系统阐述对通货膨胀的防控。 结果/结论通过供给侧结构性改革，将供给侧与需求侧调控相融合，处理好短期措施与长期目标的关系，从调整产业结构、解决总量失衡、激发市场活力等方面来防控和消除通货膨胀面临的潜在压力，确保经济的健康平稳发展。

Preliminary Study on Inflation Prevention and Control Strategy from the Perspective of Supply-side Structural Reform

Purpose/Significance China is now in a momentous period of transformation of economic development mode and economic restructuring. There are not only academic but also constructive values to analyze comprehensively the potential pressure of inflation from the perspective of supply-side structural reform. Method/ProcessThis paper firstly analyzes current state conditions. Then, it explains systematically prevention and control of inflation in the aspect of economic challenges, the differences from east and west supply-side schools and the potential pressure of inflation. Result/Conclusion It is necessary to reform supply-side structure, integrate regulation of demand-side and supply-side, and set up satisfactory relationship between short-term measures and long-term goals; and to ensure healthy and steady development of economy by adjusting industrial structural, solving total imbalance and stimulating market vitality, and avoiding and eliminating potential pressures of inflation.
