西部地区经济增长的全要素生产率测算及影响因素研究——以宁夏为例

目的/意义对西部地区经济增长的全要素生产率进行测算，并找出其影响因素，对于寻找西部地区经济增长的新动能，提高西部地区经济发展质量，缩小西部地区与东中部地区经济发展差距非常重要。 方法/过程选择索洛残差法，运用Johansen的MLE误差修正模型(VECM)对1978—2015年宁夏经济统计数据进行计量分析，估算宁夏经济增长的全要素生产率，并分析全要素生产率的影响因素。 结果/结论研究结果显示:宁夏经济正在由粗放型向集约型转变；政府财政支出对全要素生产率的作用呈负相关；宁夏的企业研发投资少，创新能力不足；二、三产业对全要素生产率的拉动作用较大。

Study on Total Factor Productivity Measurement and Influencing Factors of Economic Growth in West China——A Case Study of Ningxia

Purpose/SignificanceIt is very important to measure the total factor productivity of economic growth in west China, find out its influencing factors, look for new kinetic energy, improve the quality of economic development, and narrow the gap between central and western regions.Method/processThis paper chooses the C-D production function with Solow Residual Method, does quantitative analysis on economic statistics of Ningxia in 1978-2015 with Johansen MLE Error Correction Model (VECM), calculates the total factor productivity of economic growth in Ningxia, and analyzes the influencing factors of total factor productivity, based on which, the paper analyzes the economic development in west China. Result/conclusionThe study shows that: ningxia's economy has changed from extensive one to intensive one; attentions paid to economy development of Ningxia play a very important role for western areas to get into a new era; and government expenditure has negative correlation with total factor productivity. What else, there is less investment in R & D and weaker innovation ability in Ningxia. The second and third industries have larger pulling effect on the total factor productivity.
