| 摘 要： | 农村经济结构决定农村金融结构，中国历史上源远流长的货币信用活动之所以没有瓦解小农经济，没有成为导向资本主义力量，其原因在于中国农村经济制度的特殊性：农户经济超稳定性、国家与农户之间的经济制衡、独特的财产继承制度等，导致了中国农村金融制度中独特的融资顺序。因此，在中国农村金融制度改革过程中，有必要创造一种有效的金融制度供给以取代传统模式。

| Abstract: | It is a puzzle that the long standing credit activity in Chinese history did not lead social system to market economy but remain as petty farmer economy. The causation is the particularity of China＇s rural economic system. Under this condition, the peculiar credit sequence of petty farmer came into being. Consequently, the reform of china＇s rural financial system should take it into account. |
