试析中央银行职能与保险的关系

随着金融体制的改革，我国保险业与中央银行之间的关系几经变化。中国保监会的成立，取代了中央银行而成为保险业的监督机关。但中央银行毕竞是我国金融体系的核心，它所贯彻执行的货币金融政策仍然内在地影响着保险业的经营和发展。同时，保险业的经营行为和发展状况也在一定程度上影响着中央银行政策和管理职能的发挥。正确地认识并预见这种关系对于我国金融业的改革和发展具有非常重要的意义。

On Relationship Between Functions of Central Banks and Insurance

Along with the reform of the financial system, great changes have happened to the relationship between the insurance industry and the central bank. China Insurance Supervisory Committee replacing the central bank has become the supervising unit of the insurance sector. However, the central bank is the core of the financial system in China. The policies on currencies and finance implemented by the central bank inwardly influence the development of the insurance sector. Meanwhile, the business situation and development of in- surance sector influence the policies of the central banks and the central bank' s making use of its functions. Knowing the relationship is of great importance to the reform and development of the financial sector in China.
