| 摘 要： | 本文通过马克思主义关于"人的全面发展"的思想,阐明"以人为本"是科学的教育现和科学的教育发展现;论证了只有坚持"以人为本",才能促进学生的全面健康发展;并结合我国现实,提出"以人为本"育人的关键在于:科学教育与人文教育相结合,并把思想道德教育作为核心教育内容;只有拓展育人途径,改进教育方法,才能提高育人效果.
