| 摘 要： | 随着经济的高速发展,人们在一味追求GDP的同时,不知不觉中已把牺牲环境作为赌注押于其中,当人们沉溺于其中不能自拔时,环境已被极大的破坏.面对这种现状,对环境的保护已经刻不容缓,对环境保护的规范化更是迫在眉睫.
