| 摘 要： | 财务预算管理已成为企业管理体系的一项重要内容,但很多企业财务预算管理并不能达到预期效果,财务预算本身的不科学不合理以及环境的技术因素影响到了财务预算管理的有效执行.企业应该在整体发展战略的基础上,客观分析内外部环境,运用正确的技术方法,建立有效的监督、分析、考核机制,制定科学合理的财务预算管理体系,保证其执行力,为实现企业长期战略服务.
