商业银行房地产信贷业务面临的问题及对策

我国商业银行房地产信贷业务面临房地产信贷规模增长过快、房地产融资过分依赖银行信贷、信贷管理内控执行不力、银行同业竞争无序和信息不对称等诸多问题。笔者认为应从加强商业银行房地产信贷监管力度、增强政策措施的协同效应、健全房地产信贷相关法律法规等方面加以解决。

Problems in Real Estate Credit Business of Commercial Bank and Countermeasures

In China, commercial banks are faced with many problems in real estate credit business, such as real estate credit growth is too fast, real estate financing is too dependent on bank credit, internal control of credit management is ineffective, interbank competition is disordered, and information is asymmetric. The author thinks that we should strengthen the supervision of real estate credit of commercial bank, strengthen the coordination effect of policies and measures, and perfecting laws and regulations related to real estate credit, etc.
