双重二元经济结构下我国双向投资的性质与协调发展

我国的双向投资(IFDI与OFDI)能否协调发展不仅取决于二者在"量"上的关系,更取决于二者在"性质"上的关系。文章以我国城乡非均衡发展和区域非均衡发展的双重二元经济结构为背景,基于双向投资的性质,对我国双向投资能否协调促进经济发展进行了理论分析,认为我国东部地区垂直型的OFDI与水平型的IFDI是相互协调的,中部地区垂直型的IFDI与水平型的OFDI也是相互协调的。因此,我国各地区的IFDI与OFDI虽然存在异质性,但是都协调促进了经济增长,这为我国继续实施积极的"走出去"战略提供了理论与经验支持。

Features and Coordination Development of Bidirectional Investment under Double Dual Economic Structure in China

The coordination development of bidirectional investment（IFDI and OFDI） de- pends on not only their quantitative relationship, but also their nature relationship. Under double dual economic structure of urban-rural and regional imbalanced development in China, this paper makes a theoretical analysis of the role of bidirectional investment in the coordina- tion promotion of economic development based on the characteristics of bidirectional invest- ment. It comes to the conclusions that vertical OFDI and horizontal IFDI in eastern China are mutually coordinated, so are vertical OFDI and horizontal IFDI in central China. Therefore, there is heterogeneity between IFDI and OFDI, hut both of them coordinately promote eco- nomic growth, providing theoretical and empirical evidence for the continued implementation of active going-out strategy in China.
