摘    要:中国加入WTO后,如何提高农产品的竞争力,这是一个不容忽视的重要课题。目前我国农产品存在着品种单一、科技含量不高、落后的生产方式导致环境的污染等问题,主要是政府的支持力度不够,小农的经营规模,缺乏有效的农业经营主体和强大的农业组织体系。政府要运用WTO规则,完善调控体系;加大科技投入;优化农业结构,提高农产品的品种;充分发挥区域比较优势,提高我国农产品的竞争力,加速实现农业的现代化。

The Outlet for China's Agricultural Products'Competitivenes Improvement After Entering the WTO
Abstract:After China's entry into the WTO,how to improve the competitiveness of agricultural products has become an important task. An analysis of the problems concerning the current state of agricultural products namely, the simplistic variety of products, the lack of science and technology content,and the environmental pollution caused by the outdated mode of production,is presented in this paper. The paper also discusses the main causes of the lack of competitiveness of the agricultural products of our country,namely,inadequate support on the government's part,limitedness of small-scale peasant economy, lack of effective agricultural operating body and of forceful organizing system. Thus the conclusion is drawn that the government should make good use of the rules and regulations of the WTO to improve the regulating system.apply more achievements of science and technology to agriculture,optimize the agricultural structure and diversify the variety of agricultural products, and give full play to the regional comparative advantages. Only in this way can the country improve the competitiveness of agricultural products, accelerate the process of agricultural modernization of our country.
