摘    要:情景判断测验作为一种有效的人才测评方法,已被越来越多地应用于企业和政府的人员选拔和评价方面,在中高级管理人员选拔、培训、晋升等领域的应用中具有独特的优势。情景判断测验具有低度仿真、与工作关联、实施方便等特点,其开发模式有经验性模式和结构导向模式2种。

Abstract:Situational judgment test, an effective method to talent assessment, has been widely used by the employee selection and assessment in businesses and governments and enjoys unique advantages in the selection, training and promotion of middle and high level management experts. Situational judgment test, which has the following characteristics, such as being relevant to work, low-level emulation and easy implementation, has two development modes including the experience-based and structure-driven mode.
