| Abstract: | Facing the warming up situation of rural tourism, from the concept and the characteristic of rural tourism, this paper firstly takes the research on the legal system problem which exists in the course of the development of rural tourism. Then, the paper explores the necessity of strengthening the construction of the legal system of rural tourism and makes the recommendations of promoting the rural tourism sustainable development. |
