| 摘 要： | 根据南京市1990-2007年的进出口贸易额,及选取工业废水排放量、工业二氧化硫排放量、工业粉尘排放量等环境污染指标,建立计量经济学模型进行实证分析,将库兹涅茨曲线运用于贸易与环境质量之间的关系研究,从而得出了典型倒U型的库兹涅茨曲线不存在,不支持"先污染后治理"的原则,并证明了出口使环境恶化,进口使环境改善的"污染避难所"的假说的结论。

| Abstract: | According to 1990-2007 import and export trade in Nanjing,and by selecting industrial wastewater dis-charge volume,sulfur dioxide emission volume and industrial dust emission volume as environmental indicators,the paper establishes econometric models to analyze.At the same time it applies Kuznets curve to the relationship studies between trade and environmental quality,and gets a typical inverted U-shaped Kuznets curve does not exist and does not support "treatment after pollution" principle and proves that the export causes environmental degradation,import improves the environment. |
