| 摘 要： | 目前,我国的生态环境立法还存在着体系不完善、法律规定操作性不强、法律条文之间互相冲突等种种问题。为使生态环境立法紧跟社会发展的潮流,提升生态环境法的品性,本文对我国生态环境法制建设中五个方面的问题进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | At present,China＇s ecological system of environmental legislation,still have many problems,such as they are still imperfect,the law is not strong operational,conflict between legal provisions and so on.In order to make eco-environmental legislation keep up with the trend of social development,enhance the ecological character of environmental law,this article discusses the issues of five aspects on the legal construction of ecological environment. |
