| Abstract: | The measurement of a wind power plant topographic map is used as an example in this article to demonstrate the feasibility and reliability of using GPS-RTK joint depthometer to carry out offshore topographic map measurement. The mapping process of offshore wind power plant terrain is introduced and the mapping accuracy is discussed. |
