试析福建林业技术创新互动平台模式的构建

摘    要:在分析福建林业招商平台、福建林业技术项目示范区、福建林业合作交流、福建永安市林业要素市场和福建林业中介机构和技术研发、推广体系等平台的基础上,认为现有各种平台虽然对福建省林业技术创新能力的增强、技术转化率的提高等起着至关重要的作用,但也存在着若干问题,如以上各平台的建立者或部门分散、彼此之间独立存在、缺乏合理的协调合作等,提出将各种现有林业技术创新平台的建设归结到互动平台的统一建设上,实现福建省林业各类平台建设的协调、合理、快速、健康的发展,解决林业技术供求矛盾、有效供求双重不足的问题,并提出了保障林业技术创新互动平台的对策措施。

Abstract:On the basis of the analysis Fujian forestry investment platforms,Fujian projection demonstration areas of the forestry technology,Fujian forestry cooperation and exchange,the forestry element market in Fujian Yong'an,Fujian forestry intermediary institutions and platforms of the technological research and development and the promotion system,this article believes that various platforms play an important role in strengthening the innovative ability and improving the technology conversion rate.But they still involve some issues such as,the scattering of the above platforms or departments,their independent existence,lacking of rational coordination.It puts forward that coming the establishment of variously existent forestry technological innovation platforms down to the unification establishment of interactive platforms,achieving the coordinated,rational,rapid and healthy development of various platform establishment of Fujian forestry,solving the problems involving the demand and supply contradiction of the forestry technology and double shortage of efficient demand and supply.Also,it puts forward measures to guarantee interactive platforms of the forestry technological innovation.
