| 摘 要： | 无固定期限劳动合同是劳动合同的一种重要形式。新《劳动合同法》通过完善无固定期限劳动合同制度,加大对劳动者的保护力度。文章从无固定期限劳动合同的基本规定出发,论述了无固定期限劳动合同的特征、订立、解除等基本问题。同时,新法颁布后,对无固定期限劳动合同在实践中可能遇到的问题进行了初步分析。
