| Abstract: | The county class government as the main undertaker of establishing and maintaining the credit system of grass-root society, the credit itself is the key to set up the social credit system. How to apply the principle of honesty and reputation is an important means to the credit building of the county government itself as the grass-root administrative department of law and policy, and is also an important content to innovate the administrative management manner. |
