| 摘 要： | 中国虽然幅员辽阔,但人口众多,并呈现逐年增长的趋势。在这种情形之下,对于水资源的需求就在逐渐扩大,出现了水资源匮乏、短缺、污染严重等很多不良的问题。并且,很多地区工业较为发达,出现了大量的水资源污染,严重影响了人们的正常用水和稳定发展。所以,革新发展模式,对水资源进行合理的利用,落实水利工程运行管理的各项细节政策是非常关键的。

| Abstract: | Although China has a vast territory,it has a large population,which is increasing year by year.In this situation,the demand for water resources is gradually expanding,and there are many undesirable problems such as lack of water resources,shortage and serious pollution.In addition,many areas have developed industries,and a large amount of water pollution has occurred,which has seriously affected people's normal water use and stable development.Therefore,it is very critical to innovate the development mode,make rational use of water resources and implement the detailed policies of water conservancy project operation and management. |
