LC30轻骨料混凝土的试验研究

摘    要:研究了轻骨料种类、胶凝材料用量、陶砂用量及骨料预湿方式对LC30轻骨料混凝土性能的影响。结果表明:采用粉煤灰陶粒配制的LC30轻骨料混凝土具有较好的综合性能,容重为1613kg/m3时28d抗压强度可达42.7MPa;在胶凝材料用量及用水量一致的情况下,陶粒的筒压强度及陶砂掺量是影响轻骨料混凝土强度的主要因素;采用未预湿的轻骨料配制的混凝土坍落度损失较大,在配制轻骨料混凝土时宜对轻骨料进行预湿。

Abstract:The performance of LC30 lightweight aggregate concrete were researched by changing the effects of the type of lightweight aggregate,the amount of cementitious material,the amount of ceramic sand and the method of aggregate prewetting.The results show that the LC30 lightweight aggregate concrete prepared with fly ash ceramsite has good overall performance,and the 28d compressive strength can reach 42.7MPa when the bulk density is 1613kg/m3.In the case of the same amount of cementitious material and water consumption,the cylinder compressive strength of ceramsite and the amount of ceramic sand are the main factors affecting the strength of concrete.For preparing lightweight aggregate concrete,the aggregate should be pre wetted,otherwise the concrete prepared with non pre wetted lightweight aggregate will have a large slump loss.
