2008年美国次贷金融危机对裁国实体经济负面影响显现,各地区接连有较大规模的民营企业因资金链断裂波及银行及其他企业,尤其是各地一些龙头企业出现了资金短缺、银行贷款逾期、企业担保贷款导致连锁债务反应等系列金融问题,影响了经济平稳发展和社会秩序稳定.针对我国当前民营企业面临的债务危机等问题,应从债务重组、销售渠道拓宽、企业整合、法律风险防范等方面子以相应完善.

A Primary Research on the Countermeasures against the Debt Crisis of Private Enterprises

Last year the U.S. subprime financial crisis started to show its negative impact on our country's real economy. Successive cases of bankruptcy of large-scale private enterprises had a great impact on the banks and other companies. In particular, a number of leading enterprises were confronted with shortage of funds, overdue bank loans, business loans debt which led to a chain reaction of financial problems, which seriously affected economic and social stability. Facing the current debt crisis and other problems encountered by private enterprises, we should improve the management systems, which include debt restructuring, broadening sales channels, business integration, legal risk prevention, etc.
