| Abstract: | The ownership of modern corporations tends to be centralized while government by the major shareholders has become a popular feature of an incorporated business. Lack of precautions against the improper behavior of major shareholders would lead to the negative effect of government by the major shareholders. Precautions should be taken in two ways: precaution through legal institutions, and precaution through administrative control. |
