芜湖市汽车电子产业集群竞争力SWOT分析及其对策

文章通过分析芜湖市汽车电子产业的发展现状,并运用SWOT分析方法剖析了产业发展的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,得出产业内部的＂劣势＂比＂优势＂更为突出,外部＂威胁＂比＂机遇＂更突出。从扩大产业生产规模、建立集群化创新网络、建立汽车电子技术公共研发平台、建立产业孵化器中心、依托皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区建设等方面,提出了产业发展的WT对策、WO对策、ST对策和SO对策,提升产业的竞争力。

Analysis with SWOT and Enhancing Strategies on Regional Automotive Electronic Industry

Based on the analysis on the present development status and of Wuhu automotive electronic industry,the arcticle analyzes the industry,with the method of SWOT,from the angle of advantage and disadvantage,opportunity and threat and comes to the conclusion that the inner disadvantage is much more promninent than advantage,and that threat is much more distinct than opportunity in the external factors.By exploring the aspects of expanding the production scale,establishing cluster innovation network and Public RD platform of Auto Electronics and Industry Incubator Center,as well as employing the policy of National Industrial Transfer Demonstration Zone in Anhui Yangtz River City,This thesis proposes the strategies of WT,WO,ST and SO to improve industry competitiveness.
