| 摘 要： | 政府绩效评估是建设服务型政府的重要推动力，也是检测政府行政效能的有效方法。绩效评估以授权或委托的形式让独立的机构或个人来进行就是绩效审计，绩效审计与政府绩效评估有着密切的联系。要加强政府绩效评估和绩效审计的规制建设，加快政府绩效评估与绩效审计的融合，促进公共资源的经济效益和社会效益的全面提升。

| Abstract: | Government performance evaluation is an important impetus to build a service-orlented government, and also an effective method for the detection of government administration efficiency . Performance evaluation carried out by authorizing or delegating to an independent body or individual is performance audit, which is closely linked to goverment performance assessment. To strengthen the regulation construction , speed up the integration of government performance evaluation and performance audit , and promote the economic and social efficiency development comprehensively of public resources. |
