| Abstract: | An excellent hospital can not develop and expand without profound cultural.On the one hand,we hospital will continue to introduce advanced culture,and insist on fostering,promoting our cultural characteristics to form our own cultural concept.At the same time,learning and education also should be enhanced to overcome cultural corrupt customs to create humanistic environment through long-term cultural accumulation in the hospital. |
