摘    要:新形势下中国高等教育的发展,对包括学生管理在内的大学管理提出了新的要求。无论作为实施管理的主要力量,还是作为教育培养的主要对象,大学生骨干群体的发展和完善都受到高度重视。思想素质、工作能力、方法艺术、日常表现、工作心态等构成了高校大学生骨干自我完善的主要方面,其做法和成效在大学生及一般学生干部群体中具有教育作用和示范意义,呈现杠杆效应,需要从纯、真、分、稳、忍几个“维度”加强自身建设,实现自我完善。

Abstract:The development of China's higher education in new period, poses new requests on university management which includes student management. Undergraduate cadres' development and self-improving receives high concern, for they are the main power of management and main object of education. Ideological quality, working ability, working method & art. daily performance, inner state constitute the main aspects of undergraduate cadres' self improvement, the practices and results play "Lever effect" in educating college students. The undergraduate cadres can realize self improvement through five dimensions, namely purity, genuine, allocation, stability. endurance.
