摘    要:在中国古代隋唐以前,对蒙学教师的历史记载很少,蒙师在社会上也不受重视,社会地位不高。在明清之际,特别是清朝,随着社会的发展,蒙学教育的成熟,蒙师的地位和作用愈来愈受到人们的重视,在蒙师的构成、选择和待遇上都出现了不同于前朝的情况,充分显示了蒙师社会地位的提高。

On the Improvement of Enlightenment Teachers' Social Status in the Qing Dynasty

Abstract:Recorded history of enlightenment teachers was rarely seen before the Sui and Tang Dynasties in ancient China. Enlightenment teachers failed to seek attention from the society due to their lower social status.In the Ming and Qing Dynasties,especially in the Qing Dynasty,with the social development and maturity of enlightenment education,people attached great importance to enlightenment teachers'social status and function.Compared with the previous dynasties,the composition,choice and treatment of enlightenment teachers in the Qing Dynasty was distinctive,which fully demonstrated the improvement of enlightenment teachers social status.
