行业尺度细分下广州市工业用地集约利用的空间分异

从规模、结构、强度、布局和效益5个方面构建包括18项指标的评价指标体系,采用熵权法评价广州市不同行业的工业用地集约利用水平,揭示行业用地集约利用水平的空间分异规律。研究表明:行业用地集约度呈"中间大、两头小"的分布形态,并按照"劳动-资本-技术"的生产要素高级化序列递增;行业用地集约度呈"三圈层+两类特定区"的空间分异规律,三圈层行业用地集约度先增后减,两类特定区的集约度最高;各种集约类型行业用地空间变化规律表现为:规模集约型行业由中心向外逐渐减少,结构集约型行业逐渐增加,强度集约型行业先增后减,布局集约型行业相对稳定,效益集约型行业先减后增。最后针对广州市行业用地集约度空间分异的存在高集约度的行业不多、集约度水平与产业地位不匹配、行业用地布局结构不合理的问题,提出调整行业结构、分区制定工业用地策略、分类引导行业用地布局的对策建议。

Industrial Land Use Intensity Spatial Differentiation in Guangzhou on the Basis of Industrial Scales

This paper evaluated industrial land use intensity level and analyzed its spatial differentiation in Guangzhou on the basis of industrial scales .The evaluation index system included 18 indicators from five aspects , such as scale ,structure ,strength ,layout and effectiveness .The results show that :firstly ,distribution pattern of industrial land use intensity is at mid‐intensive level ,increasing by “labor‐capital‐technique” series;secondly , spatial differentiation pattern of industrial land use intensity can be summed as “three zones and two special areas” ,while intensity in three zones was increasing from the central point to the outer layer in the first place and then decreasing ,and two special areas included industrial development area and industrial specialization area which were the highest intensity areas ;thirdly ,spatial differentiation pattern for each industrial intensive type changed in the following ways :sectors of scale‐intensive type were decreasing from the center to the outer layer ;sectors of structure‐intensive type were increasing ;sectors of strength‐intensive type were first increasing and then decreasing ;sectors of layout‐intensive type were keeping steady ;sectors of effectiveness‐intensive type were first decreasing and then increasing .Finally ,according to the result ,several suggestions were given ,including the adjustment of industrial sector structure ,the generation of industrial land use partition strategy and industrial land use classification strategy .
