基于AHP模型的和谐矿区评价研究——以我国20家主要矿区为例

基于生态环保与和谐发展的观点与理念,并且考虑到和谐矿区具有多维性的特点,构建以矿区的经济发展、生活质量、生态环境、资源利用、绿色生产以及社会进步等6个指标为基础的和谐矿区评价体系,选取20家我国主要的生产矿区,以2010—2014年数据为例,在该评价体系形成的基础上,使用层次分析法(AHP)进行和谐矿区评价,结果显示所选矿区在和谐矿区建设方面总体呈现持续发展的态势,但还存在矿区生态环境破坏严重及居民生活质量有待提高等问题,针对上述问题,提出了相应的对策建议。

Assessment System of Harmonious Mining Area Based on AHP Process：Taking 20 Domestic Key Mining Areas as Examples

Based on the theories of sustainable development and harmonious society and in view of the multi‐dimension of the harmonious mining areas ,the evaluation system of harmonious mining areas was built by six indexes ,such as the development of mining areas'economy ,the quality of life ,the ecological environment ,the ultilization of resources ,and the progress of society .The paper selects 20 important mining areas and takes their data in 2010-2014 as examples to evaluate those areas by AHP based on the evaluation system mentioned above . And the results show that the areas selected present sustainable development trend on construction of harmonious mining areas ,but there still exist some serious problems ,like the destruction of mining areas' ecological environment and low quality of residents' life .Else ,this paper also puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve these problems .
