生产企业物流成本管理存在的问题及对策

随着物流成本的节约给企业带来巨大效益的同时,更加需要加强物流成本的管理水平。通过对物流成本及物流成本管理现状的分析,提出了物流成本管理中存在的问题。针对以上存在的问题,依据国家最新制定的标准,优化物流流程,构筑现代物流信息系统,避免隐性成本中的不可控因素,建立一套合理的物流成本核算体系,可以降低物流成本,加强物流成本管理的水平。

Flows the Cost by the Enterprise the Management

With the enormous benefits to enterprises in the form of logistics cost savings, logistics cost management should be strengthened. Based on the analyses of situation of logistics costs and logistics cost management, this paper presents the problems in the logistics cost of the management. In light of these problems, according to the latest national standards established by optimizing logistics processes and the establishment of modern logistics information system which can overcome the hidden costs of uncontrollable factors, this paper builds a reasonable logistics cost accounting system. This system could reduce the cost of logistics and strength the logistics cost management level.
