| 摘 要： | 为提高区域工业结构战略决策的科学性和合理性,从行业间竞争力、行业内竞争力及行业竞争力基础三个维度构造了区域工业结构竞争力模型,并为使其更具可操作性,将之分解为行业对外竞争力和行业结构竞争力两个矩阵,区域可根据具体的行业及子行业分析研究,为本区域制定切实可行的工业结构调整战略.

| Abstract: | To enhance the strategic decision making on regional industrial structure in the scientific and reasonable terms, it is necessary to percept the regional industrial structural competitive model in the three dimensions covering inter regional, intra regional and regional. For the operational purpose this paper decomposes the competitive edge into the outward competitive matrix and inward competitive matrix on the industry level. The concerned region then may make its strategic adjustment according to the industry and sub industry studies by this model. |
