河北省县域经济增长与环境质量变化的个体固定效应分析

除了人均GDP和规模以上工业发展、第三产业发展状况以外,还有许多其他经济因素与非经济因素影响县域污染物排放,各因素对污染物排放量的影响因县域的不同而存在显著差异。污染物排放量个体固定效应越低,说明县域污染物排放量受人均GDP、规模以上工业发展、第三产业发展因素的影响越大,受其他因素的影响越小,反之亦然。人均GDP个体固定效应越低,说明人均GDP受劳动力投入量、固定资产投资、人力资本存量和环境质量因素的影响越大,受其他因素的影响越小。

Analysis on the Fixed Effect of Economic Growth and Environmental Quality Changes in County Scope of Hebei

Besides per capita GDP,the development of scaled industry and the third industry,there are many other economic and non-economic factors which influence pollutant discharge in county scope.There are prominent differences between the ways of these factors in influencing pollutant discharge in different counties.The smaller the individual fixed effect of pollutant discharge,the more the impact of per capita GDP,the development of scaled industry and the third industry on pollutant discharge,the less the influence of other factors,vice versa.The smaller the individual fixed effect of per capita GDP,the more the influence of labor,investment in fixed assets,human capital stock and environmental quality,the less the influence of other factors.Based on the individual fixed effect of pollutant emission and per capita GDP,every county should take suitable measures to promote economic growth and improve environmental quality.
